2. 'Design Sprint'-based workshops

Design Sprint not only helps solving big problems, it also engages teams and drives mutual ownership.

We make use of exercises from Design Sprint for business - and marketing workshops, e.g. team alignment or problem solving workshops. 

 

Short workshops lasting one or two day parts, depending, are becoming more and more populair in the corporate world.

  • Our world is changing. Fast. (you may have noticed! 😉) Several destabilizing factors play a role, e.g. Climate change, A.I. (e.g. ChatGPT), war in Europe, crypto's, etc.

  • This revolution is working towards a paradigm shift, how we see ourselves, a redefinition of our world and everything that is important in it.​

A paradigm shift

  • Our perceptions of the relationship with and the fragility of nature are changing. We are awakening, demographic by demographic.

​​

  1. Our health: Co2 emissions by industries like energy, food, housing, travel, waste, etc. 
     

  2. Our planet's health: climate change endangering the lives of millions.

​

​

  • Relationships between companies and consumers is changing significantly. Millennials and Generation Z have different social values and lifestyles that translate to new ideas on sustainable products/services.

​​

  • Businesses start to hold their supply chain accountable. The EU holds companies accountable with the new CSRD, a sustainability reporting directive.

 

  • The UN Global Sustainable Development Goals are there to achieve a better and more sustainable future. The business world and public organizations play a crucial role in attaining those goals, but not using the same way-of-workings.

The SprintWize mission

'Business for good' is the way forward. The big corporates are fully embarking on the 'sustainability train' and are in a state of transformation.

We belief that business plays an enormously important role in fueling the tide of change. 'Sustainability' is already becoming the new competitive edge. Without it companies loose relevance, credibility and ... trust.

​

Our mission is to help accelerate new and innovative solutions for building and future proof a more sustainable economy and - living. The more clients SprintWize can help, the closer our mission comes to succeeding.

Sprinting for Good

On the one hand:

- innovation will be key,

- resilience will also be a main decisive factor.

 

On the other hand:

- innovation is known for low succes rates (eg. 80%-85%

  failure rate in the food industry),

- and taking a long time. Time we do not have (anymore).
