Workshop facilitation
At SprintWize most Design Sprint facilitators are cross-industry facilitators and we apply our skills to smaller and more concise workshops as well. In fact, we should be able to design and facilitate any kind of workshop for any client with a challenge, large or small.
The main goal is to unlock people's 'superpowers'.

For generating new ideas or strategic views, as well as help e.g. struggling (or even dysfunctional) teams in collaborating more effectively.

We customize workshops depending on
the need or challenge to be addressed.
It may involve several exercises, e.g. 'the
sailboat' exercise.
Workshop Principles & Framework
Workshop principles

1. creativity is not always important (allowing every member to experiment with ideas)
2. working together alone (avoiding group dynamic issues/influences)
3. working together anonymously (reducing bias)
4. trust process & protocol

Workshop 4C-framework
Collect
Choose
Create
Commit
Collect: as a rule we start with gathering all info necessary to define the scope of work needed for the challenge.
Choose: we then choose what to focus on and what to ignore (using HMW's) to translates problems into challenges.
Create: this basis creates the focus generating multiple potential solutions.
Commit: finally a small number of solutions can be committed to and we'll define the next steps using the so-called 'action board' (impact versus effort).

Workshop topics & objectives
An array of topics can be addressed to help out teams, like new product/service ideas, brainstorming, strategy design, team alignment, website design, etc. etc.
A workshop example is a problem solving workshop (e.g. LDJ's) or to identify challenges and make decisions for a team. It may last between 1,5hr for a brief power workshop to a day part (appr. 4 hours).
